Effective Date: Upon Acceptance of the Service Agreement
Service Provider: TechnoJoy Webworx
Client: As per signed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
1. Refund Policy

TechnoJoy Webworx maintains a strict no-refund policy.

No refunds will be issued once website development has commenced.

Refunds are only considered if TechnoJoy Webworx is unable to deliver the agreed website or services.

No refunds will be issued in the event of:

Client misconduct, abuse, or harassment of staff
-
Breach of agreement
-
Illegal activity (e.g. phishing, fraud, or violation of law)

2. Cancellation Policy
-
Clients must provide a minimum 30-day written notice for cancellation.
-
A one-month notice fee applies upon cancellation.
-
Cancellation does not waive the obligation to pay all outstanding dues, including:

Remaining balance up to the cancellation date
-
Any penalties or late fees incurred
-

Domain transfers are subject to a R300 transfer fee.

Upon cancellation or non-renewal after 12 months, all website data will be deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Suspension and Termination

Monthly maintenance payments are due by the 1st of each month.

Non-payment will result in suspension after five working days.
-
A R100 late payment penalty will be applied.
-
If there is no communication or payment for two months, the website and all data will be permanently deleted.

Reinstatement requires:

Full settlement of overdue amounts
-
Payment of R100 per overdue month

TechnoJoy Webworx reserves the right to suspend or delete websites without refund due to:

Repeated late payments
-
Client misconduct
-
Illegal activity
-
Breach of the Service Agreement
-
4. Final Acknowledgment
-
By entering into a service agreement, the Client affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
