Client: As per signed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services of TechnoJoy Webworx, you agree to be bound by the following Legal Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by TechnoJoy Webworx, including but not limited to website design, code, and branding, are the exclusive property of TechnoJoy Webworx. You are granted a license to use the website as specified in the Service Agreement for the duration of the contract.

3. Data Privacy

TechnoJoy Webworx is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, store, and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. The Client is responsible for any outstanding balances upon cancellation or contract termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechnoJoy Webworx will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions to services beyond our control, including but not limited to server failures, data loss, or third-party issues.

6. Termination

TechnoJoy Webworx reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to adhere to the terms of the Service Agreement, including non-payment, misconduct, or illegal activities. No refunds will be issued under these conditions.

7. Governing Law

This policy and any related agreements are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Legal Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
